1. Subject Scope and Accuracy
We endeavor to maintain high standards of accuracy in our **Mathematics, Science, English, and Economics** curricula. While Math Craft strives to provide the most current and Board-compliant study materials, we do not warrant that all content is entirely free of typographical errors or omissions. Students are responsible for cross-referencing materials with official NCERT or Board-prescribed textbooks.
2. Offline Examination Liability
For students opting for proctored assessments at our **West Delhi Centre**, the following liability aspects apply:
- Batch Limitation: Due to strict quality controls, seating is limited to 20 students per batch. Math Craft is not liable for missed opportunities due to over-subscription or late reporting by the candidate.
- Personal Belongings: Math Craft provides a proctored environment but is not liable for the loss or damage of any personal electronics, bags, or items brought to the facility.
- Physical Safety: While we ensure a safe and professional testing hall, Math Craft is not liable for incidental injuries occurring on the premises beyond the scope of general negligence laws in India.
3. Academic Performance and Outcome
Participation in our test series and live classes is intended to enhance readiness. Math Craft does not guarantee specific results, percentages, or rank outcomes in the official Board examinations. Final marks depend solely on the student's individual preparation, application, and performance on the final exam day.
4. Technical & Virtual Liability
- Connectivity: Math Craft is not liable for missed live class portions or online test time due to the participant’s internet or device failure.
- Integrity Protocols: Digital proctors reserve the right to flag or disqualify sessions based on suspected misconduct. Our liability for any perceived error in proctoring is limited to offering a rescheduled session at our discretion.
5. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and all interactions with Math Craft are governed by the **laws of the Republic of India**. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from our services, whether online or at our physical West Delhi centre, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
