Refund Policy

Math Craft maintains a strict fee policy. Enrollment in our programs signifies a reservation of academic resources, batch slots, and specialized digital infrastructure.

Pariksha Series (Test Series)

Fees for both Online (₹200) and Offline (₹250) test modes are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover pre-allocated seating and stationary resources.

Live Online Classes

All tutoring subscriptions for Grades IX–XII are strictly non-refundable. Batch slots and faculty hours are committed upon registration.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Items

Offline Centre Mode: Fees paid for the West Delhi Centre block a physical seat in a 20-student batch and are non-refundable.
Online Tutoring: All subscriptions for live sessions are final once access is granted to the portal.
Enrollment Credits: The ₹200 wallet credit is consumed upon portal registration and is non-refundable.
Institutional Non-Liability: Math Craft is not liable for student-side withdrawals, school schedule changes, or personal decisions to discontinue the course mid-way.

2. Technical & Service Continuity

Refunds are not granted for technical failures on the participant's end, including internet instability or hardware incompatibility.

Rescheduling: In the event of institute-side outages exceeding 24 hours, Math Craft will provide credit notes or rescheduled sessions to ensure academic continuity.
