Mandatory Parental Consent

For students in Grades IX–XII (minors under 18), enrollment in any Math Craft program is only permitted with the explicit consent of a Parent or Legal Guardian. By using this portal, the parent/guardian agrees to take full responsibility for the student's compliance with these terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Registration is considered a formal agreement between Math Craft and the Parent/Guardian. While students from Grade IX onwards are welcome, all administrative and financial responsibilities rest with the legal adult responsible for the ward.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

In accordance with our batch-planning and resource allocation protocols:

  • Pariksha Series 2026: All fees for Online (₹200) and Offline (₹250) test modes are strictly non-refundable.
  • Live Online Classes: Subscriptions for tutoring are final. No refunds are provided if a student chooses to leave a course mid-way, as batch slots and faculty hours are pre-allocated.
  • Institutional Non-Liability: Math Craft is not responsible for student-side withdrawals or personal decisions to discontinue sessions.

3. Virtual Class Protocols

  • Students must join sessions punctually. Faculty reserves the right to request camera activation at any time for monitoring and academic integrity.
  • Unauthorized recording, sharing of portal credentials, or distribution of study materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Math Craft is not liable for technical failures arising from the student’s internet or hardware issues.

4. Offline Centre Regulations

  • Batch Capacity: Seating at the West Delhi Centre is strictly limited to 20 students per batch.
  • Liability: Math Craft provides a proctored environment but is not responsible for personal belongings or incidental injuries occurring on the premises.

5. Grievance Redressal

Any concerns regarding academic quality or student welfare should be directed to our support team at support@mathcraft.in. We aim to address all grievances within 48 working hours.
